So often, we think of “creativity” as belonging to a select set of people (artists, inventors, writers…) and we may not think of our teammates or ourselves as particularly creative or innovative. The truth is that we do possess great reserves of creativity and, if we properly tap into our abilities, we can have a significant impact on how we problem solve in our day-to-day lives.
