Helen T. Cooke, Managing Director

Helen T. Cooke helps clients improve their bottom line by coaching and consulting with leaders and teams in unleashing potential and maximizing business results.

She has more than 20 years experience, primarily within pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. Prior to founding Cooke Consulting in 2001, Helen held the position of Director, Organizational Effectiveness at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical (a Johnson & Johnson company). Before joining Johnson & Johnson, she provided organizational development and human resource consulting at DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company, Immunex, Centocor, and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer.

Helen is President of the HBA Board - Greater Philadelphia Chapter. Previously, she worked with the HBA Board (Metro Chapter) as the Chair of their Career Development Conference. She has served on the Board of the Delaware Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and was selected to serve on SHRM's national committee for HR Development.
